You're the operator, never the subject. The rules are built so the only person with control of the camera is the person wearing it.
Every clip lands in your app before it goes anywhere. Watch it, trim it, or delete it. Nothing uploads without your tap, and deleting a clip never costs you pay.
PII is automatically blurred before footage leaves your device. Audio is off by default.
Your clips are licensed, not sold outright.

An Operator is you. Someone already doing hands-on work, recording it with a kit we ship you. You get paid per usable hour of footage you approve.
No. You're an independent contributor, not an employee. You keep doing the work you're already booked for. The kit rides along. Nothing about your schedule, your clients, or your rates changes.
The kit is lightweight and low-profile. Most clients don't ask. For the ones who do: the camera captures your hands and the task. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is blurred automatically and audio is off by default.
Active hands-on work: assembly, repair, installation, prep. Travel time, conversations, and breaks don't count. Most contributors flag 60–80% of their job time as usable. Final rates are confirmed per task type before your kit ships.
Every Friday, direct deposit. No minimums, no delays.
Delete anything, anytime, no questions asked. Deleting a clip never affects your pay for other footage that week. Nothing uploads without your tap.
Only FieldPOV and licensed buyers of the dataset. Footage is never tied to your name or location in what we deliver. You review and approve everything before it leaves your phone.
